Job Description

Easy Easy Apps is hiring Software Developers that are looking to embrace the challenge of making mobile app development accessible to anyone, in a dynamic startup team that combines both junior talent with top seasoned developers.

As a software developer at Easy Easy Apps your duties will be:

Implement new product features based on agreed specifications and product roadmap
Discuss with the rest of the team architectural and technical solutions to enrich Easy Easy Apps' platform
Participate in all phases of an Agile Development cycle
Keep the infrastructure that currently supports tens of thousand of users running
Write automated tests to ensure extensive test coverage and a successful continuous integration process
Identify user experience issues and recommend changes and new features based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
Be involved in the technical community to develop best-of-breed solutions

The job location is Lisbon, Portugal, although remote work might be a possibility.

Desired Skills and Experience

Academic or Master degree in software engineering or similar
Recently graduated or proven experience of 2/3 years
Fluent in English
Good analytical skills
Proficient in Java (including tools)
Good knowledge of browser technologies (Javascipt, HTML, CSS)
Proficient with Git tools and workflows
Other valued experiences: REST API concepts, Google App Engine platform knowledge, Hybrid or Native development knowledge
Proactive attitude to propose new ideas, discuss other people's ideas and generally go above and beyond the call of duty
